HandoffQA compares a configured test expectation with records from a calendar, CRM or call system. A convincing conversation is only part of the picture: the appointment can land on the wrong calendar, a lead can have the wrong email, or a promised transfer can have no supporting call record.

The first version lets you define booking, lead and transfer cases, import structured evidence, inspect each check, compare two runs and download a client-readable report.

A narrow first release

This is a local evidence-review tool, built for testing the workflow with agency users. It has no account login, connected HighLevel integration, automatic phone calls, team storage or billing. The demo uses synthetic callers and records.

Imports stay in the browser. Saving keeps a copy on that browser profile; exports can contain private information and need review before sharing.

What a pass means

A pass means the configured fields match one confirmed outcome in the supplied record set, and the importer marked coverage complete. It does not independently authenticate the evidence or certify the phone system.

Missing evidence stays unverified. Changed expectations are labelled as changed scope when comparing runs, rather than counted as a fix.

First agency pilot

A one-off review of your supplied booking, lead or transfer test records, with an HTML evidence report and a before / after comparison if you provide a second run. This is an evidence review, not automated calling or a live integration.

Email Astax Labs to agree the test scope, evidence format and delivery timing before paying. Use authorised test records with unnecessary contact details removed. The first pilot checkout accepts one payment; it is not a recurring subscription.
