How Trackix reads a projects folder

A board built from a folder you select.

Trackix starts with a folder-selection dialog. Its documented scanner reads inside that selected folder, skips dependency directories and build output, and caps how much text it reads.

Suggestions, then your decision

README files, manifests, git information and TODO markers provide clues about a project’s state. The heuristic suggests a status, and the board lets you move the project yourself.

The desktop boundary

The repository documents a sandboxed Electron interface with context isolation and an allow-listed bridge to filesystem operations. Local storage keeps the project board on the device.

The repository also documents optional local model support. Review the code and settings for the version you run before enabling integrations.
